We have tie-ups with different courier companies. Depending on the order and place of delivery, we will choose and update the courier company details.

Once the payment is made, order is confirmed and dispatched; we will send you the delivery details like airbill, tracking information. Refer to Shipping Policy for details.

Once the package is dispatched, we will provide you a copy of the airbill, through which you can track your delivery.

All items are non-refundable. We only exchange goods if they are defective or damaged. In circumstances where you consider that a product is defective, you should contact us within 24 hours of the product's receipt, with details of the product and the defect.

The exchange policy is only applicable for domestic deliveries.

All decision-making rights are reserved by PotteryDen on whether you are entitled to a replacement due to the defect. If you are eligible, we will send you a replacement product.
