Shipping, Return, and Exchange Policy
Due to the COVD19 pandemic, the order's shipment may take longer than regular expected times for delivery.
The shipping charges are flat; however, we are working to change this to calculations based on the entire order's cumulative weight. The shipping costs are different for domestic and international delivery. Within domestic Maharashtra and outside Maharashtra, prices will differ.
Delivery time is generally estimated within 10 days of the order placed. The order will be processed once the payment confirmation happens with PotteryDen. PotteryDen shall not be liable to any delays or non-delivery of the products if the issue is caused due to any natural calamity or any cause beyond the control of PotteryDen.
The PotteryDen customer must provide authentic information such as name, contact number, and address to avoid any obvious shipping delays. PotteryDen reserves the right to confirm and validate the information and other details provided by the customer at any point in time. PoterryDen also reserves the right to cancel the order and provide a refund if required.
In case of any international and domestic shipment, all the additional duties (custom clearance, etc.) and any additional applicable taxes are the customer’s responsibility and out of PotteryDen’s control. PotteryDen is not liable to pay any duties or taxes for such shipping.
In case of an issue with the delivery due to some consumer's mistake, such as a wrong address, contact information, etc. and the courier company returns the delivery. Re-delivery charges will be charged extra to the customer.
Return & Exchange Policy:
All items are non-refundable. We only exchange goods if they are defective or damaged during transportation. In circumstances where you consider that a product is defective or damaged while transportation, you must contact us within 24 hours of the product's receipt, with details of the product and the defect.
You must send the merchandise back to PotteryDen, and you will have to bear the cost for the same. The return to the warehouse must happen within 7 days. For any questions, please write to us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
PotteryDen will consider the return of products only for direct sales between PotteryDen and consumers. This only applies to all the sales made from potteryden.com, not through any retail outlets.
All decision-making rights are reserved by PotteryDen on whether you are entitled to a replacement due to the defect or damage. If you are eligible, we will send you a replacement product.
Customers can cancel their order after the placement and payments only before it gets dispatched from the warehouse. Once the order is shipped, cancelation is not allowed.
There is no refund in the cancellation, and PotteryDen will provide a credit for you, which can be used against the next order at PotteryDen. There will be a limit of 1 month for the store credit, however, and you must utilize that within the stipulated time.
This store credit is only applicable at an online store and not against any retail store of PotteryDen.
Color Variation / Decorative Props:
All pictures and videos shown are for illustration purposes only. The actual product will not contain the decorative props used in the pictures or videos and may vary.
Product color may slightly vary due to photographic lighting sources, weather conditions, or your computer monitor settings.
All PotteryDen products are hand made and hand-painted. Hence no two products are identical and are unique at the time of manufacturing. There may be a slight difference in the design than what is shown in the picture.
Color variation will not be considered a reason for the return of the shipment or product.
