Colour variation will not be considered a reason for the return of the shipment or product.

All items are non-refundable. We only exchange goods if they are defective or damaged. In circumstances where you consider that a product is defective, you should contact us within 24 hours of the product's receipt, with details of the product and the defect.

The exchange policy is only applicable for domestic deliveries.

All decision-making rights are reserved by PotteryDen on whether you are entitled to a replacement due to the defect. If you are eligible, we will send you a replacement product
